Panaya, a fast growing successful company is seeking an experienced solution consultant to lead the presales activities for the Latin America region. In this role you will be working in tandem with the regional sales executive, leading strategic relations and developing new revenue channels.
Your goal will be to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives by adding value throughout the sales process in the areas of customer requirements analysis, solution developments & in depth product demonstrations. Successful candidate will have the proven ability to influence and help close large enterprise deals through deep understanding of IT applications and enterprise software. Build the presales activities and processes for the region and mentor new, future presales
clearly articulate the benefits of Panaya's applications to all levels including "C" level executives and IT directors
Develop, present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of Panaya's solution on a daily basis
Manage opportunity pipeline to maximize sales opportunities values
Perform needs gather and requirement analysis for new customers
Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed
Constantly adapt the sales processes to incorporate new products new products and functionality launch
At least 5 years in a comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycle or as a solution consultant/project manager with IT application software external customers
preferred - previous technical experience in one or more of the following: ERP (SAP/Oracle) or CRM
Background in working with Enterprise size customers preferably in international markets
Excellent Spanish, Portuguese and English (Verbal and Written). Additional languages are an advantage
Solid presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Travel Abroad: When relevant
