Panaya is seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Consultant to lead technical sales activities aiming to maximize revenue generated from its strategic accounts and caring for existing strategic customers. Your goal will be to meet quarterly and annual target and quota objectives.
In this role you will be working in tandem with the regional sales executive, adding value throughout the sales process, act as a professional authority and the go-to person for any questions related to Panaya's Oracle EBS offering, as well as ensuring the success of Panaya's strategic customers.
? Present and deliver high-impact demonstrations of Panaya's solutions for Oracle EBS and support complex technical issues raised during the sales process
? Clearly articulate the benefits of Panaya's applications to all levels including "C" level executives and IT directors
? Develop a consistent long-term partnership with strategic customers to ensure ongoing success and realize the full value of their investment.
? As the customers trusted advisor, work with project managers and IT professionals on how to implement Panaya's set of products
? Ensure a revenue stream from Panaya's existing install-base
? Provide accurate and timely feedback for measuring, tracking and driving high service levels and product improvements
? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields. MBA Desirable
? At least 5 years of experience in the world of Oracle EBS working with Enterprise size customers, in one of the following roles:
oFunctional / Technical Pre-sales
oFunctional / Technical Consultant
? Excellent verbal and written skills with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with proven experience in a direct client-facing role
? Ability to handle high-pace sales processes and management of multiple customer accounts
? Demonstrated understanding of software development processes
? Customer service and technical support abilities, strong analytical and problem solving skills, a high level of professionalism, with the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and self-motivation
