About the Position:
As a member of Panaya's support team, your goal will be to provide fast and friendly world-class support.
We are looking for a customer oriented person with superior communications skills and proven technical background.
Panaya support team plays a key role in Panaya's future, as we strive to become a leading provider of SaaS-based services.
?Maintain ownership of cases until resolved; collaborate with other teams as needed and set customer expectations.
?Provide problem analysis and resolution for remote customer base.
?Ensure support cases are handled in a timely manner and escalated to R&D if necessary.
?Become a subject matter expert in Panaya's SaaS products.
?Provide accurate and timely feedback for purposes of measuring, tracking and driving continuous service level and product improvements.
?Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
?Basic understanding of software development processes.
?Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP ERP R/3 ECC6
?Customer facing experience at least 3 years.
?Strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and self-motivation.
?Excellent multitasking skills.
?Superior communications skills.
?Process oriented and compliant.
-Experience Work with colleague's R&D Sales in remote location.
-Debug capabilities of Java code
-Experience in writing SQL queries
-Other languages (Spanish, Portuguese) ? Major advantage
