SummaryThe manager of engineering operations is a hands-on, full-time role in support of the manufacturing, support and technical activities of Sensics, a leader in professional head-mounted displays and the inventor of the unique SmartGoggles consumer technology.
Essential Functions
Manage the supply chain as it relates to manufacturing Sensics product.
Interface with suppliers and service providers, solving problems as required.
Control production and procurement schedule.
Maintain production files.
Manage record keeping of shipments, repairs and warranty schedules.
Manage the customer support process.
Own small tactical engineering projects.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in working with sophisticated electronic/mechanical/optical systems
Comfortable performing technical tasks.
Comfortable interfacing with suppliers and customers.
Good problem solving skills.
Willingness to take on a task and own it to completion,
Interest in working on wide range of tasks.
Must be comfortable operating in a small, fast growing and highly dynamic company.
Three or Four year degree.
