JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Software Engineer will lead in the design and implementation of our next generation IT-GRC solutions. Our product is built on top of the latest J2EE technology. The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with Product Managers and key IT-GRC solution experts to help define the solution scope and features.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for leading a group of technical resources in the design and configuration of Agiliance IT-GRC solutions
Responsible for communicating with QA and Performance testing teams to deliver a high quality solution offering
Responsible for coordinating and working with offshore team members as part of a distributed Solution development team

REQUIREMENTS

6 - 10 years of progressive experience in development for a scalable, high performance enterprise product.
Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
Experience with Hibernate, Spring and Strut, WebServices, SOAP, Java Script
Proficient in XML and SQL
Excellent working knowledge of Oracle, MySQL or MS SQL.
Excellent working knowledge on any one of the following application servers: Tomcat, WebSphere, JBoss
Understands development methodology and development life-cycle
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in person, by telephone, and with large teams
Requires Bachelor or Masters in CS/CE

LOCATION

The position is based at Agiliance's headquarters in Sunnyvale, California.
