JOB DESCRIPTION
The mission of our professional services team is to make our customers and partners successful and referenceable. Consultants work hands on and side-by-side with customers and partners to implement the Agiliance RiskVision? platform. Consultants work both onsite at customer / partner offices and out of their home offices or Agiliance offices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Agiliance customers in deploying Agiliance RiskVision to meet their security, risk and compliance management needs.
Scope implementation projects. Estimate effort and timeline to complete. Develop and present SOWs.
Plan and manage implementation projects. Track milestone completion and project issues. Provide status reports to customers / partners and to Agiliance management.
Lead formal training sessions on how to implement and use the Agiliance RiskVision platform.
Facilitate sessions on requirements definition, product architecture and workflow.
Design and implement Agiliance RiskVision screen customizations, field customizations, reports and graphs customizations and workflow.
Mentor customer and partner technical resources during implementation projects. As needed, conduct informal, ad hoc training sessions.
Develop and enhance implementation methodology and best practices for use on Professional Services engagements.
Drive product improvement by providing customer and partner feedback to Product Management and Engineering.
As necessary, assist Technical Support in troubleshooting customer issues and Quality Assurance in testing new product releases.
REQUIREMENTS
BS in CS, IT or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a client-facing technical consultant customizing and deploying packaged software as a billable resource.
Experience conducting formal training sessions.
Experience designing business processes around software tools. Must be able to guide customers through the implementation both from process and technology perspective.
Consulting orientation, able to handle stressful customer situations diplomatically.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with both business-oriented and technically-oriented customers and partners. Also must be able to effectively communicate customer requirements and issues to engineering and support teams.
Strong HTML, XML and SQL skills.
Familiarity with multi-tier, enterprise product deployment.
Exposure to IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (IT-GRC) applications and frameworks helpful but not essential.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, startup environment while simultaneously serving large enterprise customers with complex organizations.
Willingness to travel 50%+, including international travel.
US Citizen, currently holding or eligible to receive a security clearance.
LOCATION
The position can be based in the east coast, with emphasis on Washington D.C., New York or Atlanta metro areas, or at Agiliance headquarters in Sunnyvale, California.
COMPENSATION
Compensation package consistent with stage of company and individuals track record will include cash compensation (base and variable), benefits, and equity.
