As Partner Marketing Associate, you will leverage referral relationships with complementary companies (e.g., channel partners, technology partners) in our industry in order to drive account growth. To this end, you'll be responsible for understanding a partner's business needs as well as the needs of its prospects and customers in order to develop messaging, offers, and tactics that allow Agiliance to successfully convert the audiences to clients. You'll assist in conceiving and developing innovative marketing programs that drive demand through the Agiliance partner ecosystem. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with excellent communications skills are crucial. In your role as Partner Marketing Associate you will be the go-to person for channel and technology partners when it comes to knowledge transfer and lead funnel. Along with campaign development, this associate will also be responsible for its implementation and providing regular reporting on the marketing and sales metrics needed to reflect the business results of the partners' activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Enable efficient lead flow from Agiliance marketing campaigns to partner organizations.
Reassure knowledge transfer with regards to positioning, value proposition, features, and competitive advantages.
Assure strong and accurate reflection of company messages, differentiation, brand, logo, and trademarks in all partner and joint marketing campaigns.
Prepare new materials or adapt existing successful content and programs from direct sales and marketing teams for channel use.
Measure program success and continuously evaluate its success for future course corrections and increasing resources (time, money, and people) ROI. This includes weekly reporting on programs and metrics.
Maximize coverage in the partner's internal communications, events, intranets, websites, sales, deployment / adoption, and marketing vehicles.
Work closely with Technical Publications, Product Management, and Product Marketing team members in the successful delivery of sales training programs and deliverables.
Drive integrated lead development programs with partners and technology vendors. Examples include telemarketing scripts, email, white papers, webinars, sales training, spiffs, buying incentives, and routine reporting on progress.
Align with Sales Managers in overall account management, tracking progress, and uncovering new expansion potential.
Track technology partner's product enhancements and facilitate interoperability efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior Experience
1 - 3 year experience in assisting channel and / or technology partners in new account growth.
Worked in a start-up or high growth environment.
Skills
Outstanding project management and organizational skills: proven track record of driving the introduction of new, incremental, and simultaneous programs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for delivery in document, Web, and presentation form, as well as over the phone.
Experience in developing rich applications and client interfaces.
People skills that promote personal relationship building between virtual teams - working directly with varied headquarters resources, partner sales, and partners in program execution and revenue generating campaigns.
Experience with Salesforce.com.
Experience at a start up a plus.
Highly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritize.
Must work well in a team, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
