DescriptionResponsible for developing, testing, enhancing and maintaining custom developed applications throughout the application development lifestyle while working in a collaborative, team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions
Participate in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and production support
Research and track new web technologies, develop service applications, and analyze business requirements
Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
4 year Degree required, work experience may be substituted if applicable
Minimum 5 years of development experience with C#, ASP,.NET
Solid foundation in Object Oriented programming and development (i.e. polymorphism, inheritance, inversion of control etc.) highly preferred
Experience with nhibernate , ninject, Entity Framework and ASP.NET MVC a must
Experience with Test Driven Development is also a plus
This is a technical role which requires object-oriented programming skills, understanding of application architecture, XML and Web application security.

Strong interpersonal skills
Must possess the ability to read and interpret technical specifications, use case scenarios, test cases, and software requirements
Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to work well in a team environment
