The individual will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development of the application, both from the front and backup. Basic Responsibilities
Create and modify tables & Indexes
Create, modify and debug procedures, functions, triggers, and views
Ability Perform SQL optimization
Create complex Joins using ANSI
Good SQL Server architectural understanding
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to
API integration with third party services
Management of an ongoing product development schedule
Single sign-on development with other systems (a plus)
International platform expansion
Ongoing optimization of the current platform
Desired Skills & Experience
Technical Job Requirements
Demonstrated experience with object oriented design
Demonstrated understanding of the .NET architecture
Proven proficiency in C# development
Experience in developing Web Applications and Web Forms
Other Microsoft technologies & Packages- SQL 2008, Windows CE, Microsoft Windows Core System Administration Package, Microsoft SQL Core Database Administration Package
C++, Java, HTML, JavaScript
XML / XSLT, MCSD
Full understanding and working knowledge of CSS
Non-Technical
Must have an inherent enthusiasm for a cause, any cause (a plus)
Must be able to communicate with the rest of the team
Must bring a great attitude to the office everyday
Must be a self starter
Must be accountable and reliable
Enthusiasm for sports a plus
Must be able to set for a development strategy that takes into consideration the bigger picture
Must be able to work within a fast paced environment
Must be able to maximize the technology's capabilities
Must have an inherent passion for tool and feature development
Must be extremely flexible with the ability to shift priorities and focus quickly
Must be able to see the bigger picture at all times and understand how each aspect of the application integrates into the long term vision of the company
