.net Developer ($5,000 Referral Fee)

We?re looking for self-motivated developers who are at the point in their career where they know that they can make a significant contribution to the direction of our e-commerce and intranet based systems through thoughtful design and solid development. A successful candidate would be responsible for developing, testing, and launching .net development projects.



We are preferably looking for in-house candidates, but will accommodate well-qualified telecommute/remote candidates. Remote candidates must have a proven track record of working remotely.



Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Coding objects, web pages, controls, web services, windows forms, etc in ASP.NET and C#
Creating views, stored procedures in TSQL to implement new business functionality.
Recommending architecture/infrastructure changes to enhance performance and/or implement new projects
Executing on a written or verbal specification with thoroughness and attention to detail.
Participation in Agile requirement gathering (building of Product Backlog)
Participate in team for major project enhancements (both as a team member or team lead).



Qualifications:

BA or BS in Computer Science or related field
3+ years experience in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, SQL
Excellent business communication, writing and interpersonal skills - ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities
