The .NET Developer will join one of our Agile development teams in our Windsor, Connecticut office. This individual will assist in developing a Web based Insurance Agency Management software. This position requires a strong knowledge of software design and principles, solid .Net experience with experience in HTTP protocols, Web Security, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. Experience in working in Agile environment is a strong plus.WHO ARE YOU?
You use SOLID design principles and patterns and champion good software design methodologies and patterns within product team and cross product teams.
You have strong, current experience with .NET, C#, MVC and web UI technology.
You are capable of quickly troubleshooting, analyzing and resolving issues that arise during development or in production.
You guide and mentor team members to work effectively and efficiently.
You have great communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work with other product developers, business analysts, testing specialists and product owners to create stellar software products.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Master degree is preferred.
5+ years of development experience designing, implementing, and shipping enterprise class of products.
Proven track record of delivering high quality software.
Solid working knowledge of HTTP protocols, Web Security, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Solid working Knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.Net, MVC.
Working knowledge of Web Services is helpful.
Agile experience and familiarity with UniVerse Database is a big plus.
