Job title â€" Senior Technical Support Engineer
Job duties - Troubleshoot configuration issues, defects, network problems, and identify workarounds for defects, specifically for Customers/Partners/Resellers. Identify/determine common troubleshooting use cases and produce related knowledge base articles for Customer/Partner/Reseller self-service. Recommend configuration and networking changes to ensure successful deployment of Infoblox Products in Customer production environments. Work with core IP services, Lab automation and configuring devices in Support Lab. Define and document product feature requests on behalf of Customers/Partners/Resellers. Assist Customers/Partners/Resellers with pre-Sales configuration questions and product evaluations. Create detailed defect reports including reproduction steps and work with Engineering/QA to define workarounds and fixes for Customers/Resellers/Partners.
Education - Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or closely-related (or foreign equivalent).
Experience - 2 years of experience in information technology, software engineering, or related.
