Position SummaryMixed signal IC designer dedicated to design ambient light sensor
Primary Responsibilities
Main Role: Design ambient light sensing and proximity sensing ICs
Performs any of the following:
Lead full chip design
Design simulations
Design documentation and reviews
Layout supervision
In Lab Debug and Evaluation
Support IC Qualification
Job Qualifications
More than 10 years experience in the design of mixed signal and analog integrated circuits
Experience designing ambient light and proximity sensors for mobile applications
Proven record of complete chip design, creating IP from scratch and bringing it to production release
Experience with CMOS/BiCMOS mixed signal and analog circuit design
Good documentation and communication skills and the ability to work independently and with others in a distributed environment with engineers in several locations
Candidate must have a Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering (or comparable level)
Desired Skills
Experience with Cadence EDA tools
Experience in the use of SPICE or Spectre simulation for circuit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience to use diverse laboratory tools for silicon evaluation
Experience with Linux workstation environment
