Job Summary:
- Plan, coordinate, execute and drive medium to long range professional service engagements to successful completion
- Manage/control schedules and cost to deliver within budget, well executed deliverables for all aspects of the contractual obligations
- Provide direction and leadership for technical and administrative tasks
- Communicate within BroadSoft (both the immediate team and upper management, as required) and between BroadSoft and the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end management of multiple sub-projects within the medium to large scale professional service engagement. This can include: installation of BroadSoft products, requirements capture and sign-off, feature and product realization
- Provide customer interface for tracking and reporting
- Attend and participate in customer meetings/calls
- Ensure contractual compliance
- Technical tracking and oversight
- Administrative tasks per BroadSoft project management processes
Skill, Educational Requirements, and Needed Attributes
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Working knowledge of MS Office software suite
- Working knowledge of MS Project and Visio
- Working knowledge of project management best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed organizational skills
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years project management experience
- 5+ years in telecommunications
ATTRIBUTES:

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Travel as necessary to customer sites (less than 30)
PREFERRED BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:
- Business development and proposal experience
- VOIP experience preferred
- Customer facing experience preferred.
