0582: Senior Financial Analyst BroadSoft

Job Summary:
- Responsible for companys financial functions including:
- Assist with the preparation of internal reports for management and business units
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Financial analysis
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, etc) to be distributed internally to management and decision makers.
- Prepare key financial reporting and analysis including ad hoc requests.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly Board & Investor presentations.
- Manage and distribute the quarterly revenue funnel report.
- Participate in the annual planning process.
- Support and backup for the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Skill, Educational Requirements, and Needed Attributes
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

- Bachelors degree required

SKILLS:

- Microsoft Office proficiency with advanced Excel skills and knowledge
- Cognos Planning and Reporting (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and written communications skills

EXPERIENCE:

- Five years finance or accounting experience

ATTRIBUTES:

- Highly organized and ability to work on multiple projects at once.
- High level of analytical ability and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimum supervision.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:

- MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience with a high-tech company preferred.
