10:20-022: Internal Agile Coach (ScrumMaster) Rally Software Development

Job Responsibilities
As our engineering group expands, we're looking for an Internal Agile Coach to help us continue to improve and refine our process and collaboration.

You'll be working locally with two dedicated, co-located, cross-functional teams in our Raleigh, North Carolina office and remotely with two Agile Coaches from our Boulder, Colorado office.

We release weekly and have recently moved from Scrum to Kanban. This job is an opportunity to help us continue to go beyond the Agile basics and really optimize our team.

Position Responsibilities:
Ownership, support and guidance of the Agile process.
Management of issues to resolution and removing impediments for the team.
Facilitation of team meetings, decision making and conflict resolution meetings.
Assist the team in creating prioritized product backlogs with plan estimates and acceptance criteria as well as task identification and estimation for each iteration.
Guiding the team in task management for the team during the iteration.
Analyze quality, risk management and metrics to solve problems.
Be able to effectively communicate status, dependencies and information at the team and department levels.
Cross team collaboration.
Schedule management.
Metrics gathering, review & dissemination.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in the technology field.
2+ years experience in a ScrumMaster or Agile leadership/coaching role.
Experience leading Agile meetings.
Deep experience with Scrum, XP or Lean.
Established problem resolution, team building, decision-making skills and the ability to proactively build & maintain a network of effective relationships with people inside and outside the group.
Strong facilitation skills.
Strong ability to communicate business problems, alternatives and project strategy.
Good time management & scheduling skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Rally software a plus.
