Ready to make an impact: As a lean startup, we depend on every individual to contribute significantly and apply the same standard to our Interns. You must be someone who can ramp up quickly and takes initiative to highlight and execute on new ideas.
Hands on and hungry to learn: Be ready and willing to dive into projects across a variety of functional areas, from product and marketing to customer service, with flexibility and a desire to learn new skills quickly.
Strong quantitative skills: We constantly rely on data to make business decisions. You are highly proficient in Excel and can quickly draw insights from large data sets.
Resourceful problem solver: You have strong problem solving ability and know how to come up with creative solutions to increase efficiency and output without decreasing quality.
Great communicator: You aren't afraid to talk to customers, and you can effectively communicate insights and ideas to our team.
Strongly preferred: Spring 2012 undergrad graduates from a top university
Work structure:
Meaningful work experience - this isn't an internship where you'll be making copies and getting coffee; you will help bring new product features to life, communicate with real users, and gain broad exposure to a variety of business functions.
