Purpose of Job:
Primary duties of this position will be the monitoring and supervising of field technicians daily duties from paper work to monitoring hours and store equipment. Store Leads will assist in training scheduling and follow ups.
Service Center Store Lead will be in charge of service center which includes ensuring prepping of equipment for jobs, inventory and assisting with dispatching of field technicians. Also gathering and approving their time sheets and field tickets. They will be quality control which means visiting of job sites after completion of work.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Standards:
Quality Control of Installations & Service work.
Oversee daily coordination of Field Technicians and field work.
Training on existing and new hardware.
Process technician time and field tickets.
Responsible for vehicle inspections and safety checks.
Responsible for warehouse duties including weekly inventory and organization.

High School diploma or equivalent GED
Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus
Valid Drivers License
Experience in coordinating
Ability to read and understand agreements and legal documents
The ability to work well with others
Strong planning and organization skills
Ability to multitask many projects, people and activities at the same time

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work.
Squat or Kneel
This position requires a moderate amount of stamina with the ability to perform the above essential job functions and within timetables. Some overtime work may be required.
The employee must be able to lift up to 5 lbs. frequently and up to 15 lbs. occasionally for short durations.
The employee must be able to carry up to 5 lbs. frequently and up to 15 lbs. occasionally for short distances.
The employee must be able to push/pull up to 5 lbs. frequently and up to 15 lbs. occasionally usually from desk level to floor or floor to desk level.
Other Physical Requirements:
Upper extremity usage, motor coordination, range of motion, vision, hearing and balance should be in a range to safely preclude the harm or injury to the employee in this position or the harm or injury to other employees.
The employee will in most cases work in a central air-conditioned building; however, may be exposed to dust, fumes or gases and to changes of weather when exposed to outdoors at job sites or other locations.
