Here is the Position details (in summary)
Responsible for implementing the strategy for the integration of approved carriers? products into Integra?s portfolio of services; especially Carrier Ethernet Products. There will also be attention given to wireless and voice services. The individual will oversee the complex (nuts and bolts) of an entire integration of layers within the product itself and assemble these to integrate into Integra?s product lines. The individual will successfully manage integration projects to achieve team objectives within agreed timeframes, support, and costing framework. The individual will identify facilitate and resolve non-compliance activities with products, technical, and operational ?mis-matches? including processes, reporting, and systems. As a subject matter expert, this position is responsible for influencing priorities, setting and tracking schedules, collaborating and ensuring quality. The individual will interface with key internal and external leaders, Service Managers, Account teams, Engineering, Maintenance and Service Delivery personal. Develop and mature relationships needed to apply the department goals to a number of key initiatives, approved carriers, and projects.
?Manage the integration projects of products and services including Carrier Ethernet (EOF, EOC), Wireless (backhaul, and business to business), SIP and Managed Services from new and existing approved carriers.
?Meeting all methodology standards and deliverables, including due-diligence, documentation, stakeholders? calibration, tracking compliance items, integration plan development and execution.
?Lead integration from contract execution through sales readiness (On Boarding) to ensure stakeholders have an integrated, holistic and positive experience as carrier?s products and services are integrated
?Solve complex, cross-functional business problems and identify the root cause for customer and partner transition issues within a pre-determined schedule.
?Develop and lead change strategies to facilitate customer and stakeholder transitions
?Travel between Denver and Portland is required (25%)
MUST have skills:
?5 years of equivalent work experience in telecommunications or related industry
?Hands-On work experience with developing On Boarding, go-to-market or operational integration projects
?5 years of experience in interrupting and applying telecommunication industry systems, tools, policies and procedures. Examples: Tariffs, Neca, and MEF
?>1year current experience with a multi-carrier, hybrid service delivery model
?Must balance competing demands and assist in prioritization
?A leadership style of addressing issues as they happen; openly and quickly
?Continually Identify and facilitate opportunities for process improvement
?Independently identifies and overcomes obstacles in order to accomplish deliverables

?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent (business, technical or project management)
?8 years of equivalent work experience in telecommunications or related industry
?Proven experiences of successfully On Boarding multiply Carriers within set frameworks.
?Strong overall Telecommunications including IP knowledge and Ethernet technologies
?Strong Office suite skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
