Adknowledge?s Email channel is one of the largest and most profitable email marketing platforms for email acquisition marketers. Through our email products, List Management, Integrated API, and Affiliate CPC/CPA, we provide our large publisher base with access to hundreds of advertisers in over 1,200 categories. In addition, we provide the industries only automated platform that optimizes returns for both publishers and advertisers through complex user behavioral targeting to predict for an individual user what type of ad is most likely to generate a response. Through its extensive client base, Adknowledge has reach to an estimated 60% of US B2C email users.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Account Coordinator reports to the Director of Account Management and is responsible for supporting the Integrated API and List Management teams in their daily and monthly operational tasks. The responsibilities also include managing the due diligence process for the Publisher Sales team as well as being the liaison between Compliance and account management for issues that affect the email channel.
The primary duties will include:
Due Diligence: Works with the Pub Sales team to conduct background checks on new publisher prospects. Approves or denies prospects based on business and operational competencies. Tracks and monitors all progress and findings in Salesforce.
Publisher Setup: Set up all new publishers with appropriate credentials, reporting tools, gather financial information and update contacts in Salesforce. Responsible for developing and maintaining credential launch process.
Invoicing: Handle all monthly invoicing and adjustments for the API and LM team. Cross check all invoicing against monthly projections report and communicate discrepancies with management. Responsible for ensuring all reporting discrepancies are resolved between the finance and tech teams.
Domains: Maintains and purchases all List Management domains including renewals, expirations and new domain purchases
Compliance: Act as the liaison between the Compliance Team and our publishers to gather any needed opt-in information or other requirements. Monitor Lashback for cases and communicate to the publishers where needed.
Account Management: Acts as backup to account management duties when needed, including (but not limited to) assigned weekends on-call, generating account reviews and pulling daily ad hoc reporting
Additional Duties: Document processes & procedures, and other duties as assigned
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will be organized and effective at multi- tasking and will manage priorities based on the needs of the team.
This candidate will possess the following requirements:
1-2 years of experience in the online or email industry
2 years of client services experience in an environment that requires multi-tasking and working independently
Basic knowledge of excel and Microsoft Office
Mathematical aptitude or basic accounting experience
