Vibrant (
Vibrant is seeking a highly motivated self-starter who will work closely with the advertising sales team to facilitate all aspects of the sales process. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in the digital space in a sales support role.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide account support to the Ad Sales team
- Coordinate a diversity of sales related projects such as prospecting and pre-qualifying leads, proposal generation, managing sales contacts and the database, as well as preparing sales presentation materials
- Work with operations to track and optimize account performance
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an online advertising sales support role
- Charismatic and energetic demeanor
- General understanding of the internet and interactive advertising; familiarity with online advertising terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); exposure to sales databases/tools
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree
