Description and Responsibilities
Supports Mobile CRM account management team in putting together powerful presentations, industry research and benchmarking, and general support.
Demonstrates working knowledge of ePrize Mobile CRM Solutions products and services.
Primary point person assisting self-service clients with their various needs
Primary point person for answering customer service line and disseminating the request/issue appropriately within the team
Job Specifications and Competencies
Education: Bachelor's Degree
0-2 years of relevant experience: Customer Service, Account Management, Marketing
Strong writing, grammatical, and proofing skills
Basic strategic and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ideal candidate will have a background and/or professional interest in mobile marketing: SMS, mobile web, and apps
