Account Coordinator - National & Mid Market Accounts Yelp
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in the support of our National and Mid Market accounts. They will work closely with the National Account Managers (NAMs) and the Mid Market Account Managers (MMAMs) to meet the needs of our multi location partners.
Support NAM & MMAM teams: coordinate projects, update business content, use internal systems to process paperwork for campaign changes, provide campaign metrics.
Coordinate and monitor timelines for projects as assigned and effectively communicate with the NAMs and MMAMs regarding the status of projects.
Manage client campaign implementations from start to finish, working with internal departments to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Perform simple and complex tasks with the highest of standards.
Create monthly / weekly / quarterly reporting as needed for each National and Mid Market client.
Be an expert of our internal systems.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to multi-task.
Ensure the quality of campaign set-ups. Be the team?s expert in updating content to the site with all of our various internal tools.
Effectively manage time and prioritize numerous projects simultaneously.
Maintain a high level of understanding how all areas of the company link together, the needs of the various areas, systems parameters, machine limitations and impact on various departments.
1 year experience.
Four year BA/BS degree required.
Expert in Excel, Salesforce.com & Macros.
Strong interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication, problem solving and listening skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric teamwork environment
Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.
