Account Coordinator, Promotions Active Network

Account Coordinator, Promotions is responsible for the coordination of marketing programs, including venue/partner research and negotiation, cold-calling, fulfillment, database management, and reporting. This position will be required to coordinate with the in-house design team and outside vendors for the design and production of campaign promotional materials. This position will also work with Account Managers to ensure the success of client campaigns and will report to the Sr. Account Manager.

Requires a bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year experience in account coordination, preferably in a marketing and promotions agency environment. Team player. Extremely detail oriented and ability to juggle multiple projects. Follow through a must. Excellent oral/written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint a must.
