ACCOUNT COORDINATOR - RETAIL NetSpend

The Account Coordinator is an important member of the Retail Channel that will be responsible for partner contract management, partner training, providing POS support, and ensuring partner on-boarding processes are in place to support important strategic partners.
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all incoming contracts from large C-Store Chains and Discount Stores. This position will track these contracts through the entire internal approval until the partner is launched. In addition, the Account Coordinator will track the partner?s performance throughout the year. Successful execution of these responsibilities will require rigorous project and process management, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
Provide sales support to Account Managers in assigned region.
Receive, review, and approve all new marketing affiliate contracts from assigned region.
Track online partner training certifications.
Host periodic training webinars for new and active partners.
Ship program materials to approved and certified partners.
Follow up with new partners in region to discuss initial program performance on a monthly basis.
Develop bi-monthly reports on partner launch updates, card sales (where applicable), activation rates, and funding rates by partner/region; deliver these reports to the assigned region and manager.
Communicate with partners on new promotions and card features.
Host quarterly Business Reviews for medium to large accounts.
Identify new business opportunities with partners to increase card sales, activation, and funding rates and present to the business.
Perform other duties as required.
Minimal travel may be required.
Minimum of 3 years account coordination, sales support, or related experience.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience.
Project management certification or experience with process improvement.
Demonstrated successful relationship management skills with existing NetSpend partners, as well as with internal departments.
Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff and management.
Proficient in using MS Office products: Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Demonstrate ability to provide excellent customer service.
