The Role:
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for closing sales to reach company targets and objectives. This role reports to the Volume Order team Account Manager. This is a contract to hire type opening.
Responsibilities:
? Create quotes and closing sales (print-on-demand and offset accounts, not to exceed 4,999 units)
? Identify sales opportunities within existing accounts for upsell opportunities
? Administer appropriate, customer facing lead qualification
? Develop creative pricing packages based upon customer requirements and Blurb's margin of profit
? Field questions regarding Blurb products and offerings and the large order workflow process
? Cultivate accounts and handle post-order account service
? Engage and build key relationships within new and existing accounts
? Follow-up with customers who have received price quotes
? Identify opportunities for case studies and permissioned books
? Increase conversion rate of RFQs -- new and repeat business
? Maintain all opportunities and active accounts within Salesforce
? Oversee the RightNow volume order queue and escalate incidents as appropriate from the Customer Service channel
Requirements:
? Must be a critical thinker -ability to quickly determine and prioritize key issues
? Goal oriented and results driven
? Superb customer service orientation
? Great organization and communication skills
? Good business acumen; understanding of business/deal terms
? Ability to juggle multiple projects
? Minimum one year inside sales experience preferred with track record of closing business or a new graduate who wants to get into sales
? Positive and professional demeanor
? Experience with CRM management tools and Salesforce a plus
