The Account Development Representative is an integral member of our outstanding team of sales professionals. This individual is responsible for identifying and developing new qualified sales opportunities for Turn?s solution suite. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record of success against monthly sales lead quotas. The position will utilize your professional communication, research and qualification skills, as well as objection handling and sales skills to articulate Turn?s value proposition and identify potential sales opportunities. The Account Development Representative follows up with marketing generated leads as well as outbound target prospecting to learn about prospect?s business needs, align the Turn value proposition and qualify for fit for Turn?s solution, and transition qualified prospects to our account executives.
An implicit responsibility of the ADR is to conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that will set the stage for these appointments, as well as future sales for Turn.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
Specific responsibilities include:
Meet and exceed monthly Account Development goals
Leveraging defined processes, proactively identify and develop target prospects where the Turn solution can solve relevant business challenges.
Complete a high volume of daily activities, both phone and email based
Manage a lead queue, hitting appropriate service level agreements for response time requirements
Maintain updated and accurate lead, task, and qualification information and update prospect interaction in Salesforce.com application daily
Communicate with and hand-off qualified leads to the appropriate Field Sales rep.
Successfully attain and maintain the prescribed Account Development goals, metrics and objectives.
Provide prospect feedback tmanagement in order to continually improve and refine the success of the team
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Turn?s products and services, industry trends, and competition
Committed to continuous sales skill improvement and completion of required/recommended training programs
2+ years successful experience in an outbound lead generation role for enterprise software solutions
SaaS solution experience preferred
Consistent over-achievement of measurable goals in a metrics based phone sales environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills that translate well over phone and in email
Salesforce.com experience; Technically adept, experienced with using web technologies for lead generation activities
Personal accountability for performance against goal; Self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable
Understanding of Turn?s solution, target market and competitors
Ability to overcome high level objections and qualify leads appropriately
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
Active listening skills
Ability to learn and think quickly
Motivation to excel in a results focused environment and ambition to be part of a fast paced high growth sales culture
Sales affinity; includes curiosity, competitiveness, customer care/win-win attitude
BS/BA Degree Required
