The Opportunity: W3i is seeking an experienced Account Development Manager able to develop relationships at all levels of an organization. We are looking for a driven, growth-oriented professional with a passion for the exploding mobile app industry. As an Account Development Manager, you will work closely with our mobile business partners (advertisers and developers) to capture their voices and meet their needs in order to ensure that the highest level of customer retention, satisfaction, and opportunity development are realized. Responsibilities for this position include:
Meeting or exceeding financial targets by growing major publisher and advertising accounts.
Utilizing a consultative approach to proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs and to ensure the highest level of customer and operational experience.
Developing and executing account plans and provide short and long term account forecasts through market analysis and interpretation of data.
Acquiring and integrating industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, & competitors.
Representing the company at industry events, tradeshows, and industry panels.
Earning the position of trusted advisor and key opinion leader with strategic customers
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of demonstrated success in business development or account development.
Strong passion for and/or experience in emerging digital media (social media, social gaming, mobile, etc) preferred.
Track record of success in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to develop strong working relationships up through executive levels.
Financial analysis, planning, and modeling skills.
Expert skills with Microsoft Office Products.
20-25 % travel required.
