Position Summary:
Allegiance is looking for an experienced Account Development Manager to team with our Enterprise and Mid-Market sales people to penetrate new logo accounts and create high quality sales opportunities. We are interested in competitive, entrepreneurial self-starters with a track record of sales success.
Responsibilities:
Utilize cold calling, emails, personal campaigns, and marketing generated leads to penetrate new accounts and create new opportunities.Work with direct sales organization to build prospecting lists utilizing external resources and internal database.Enable prospective customers to understand the Allegiance solutions at a high level, and prepare them for initial meetings with the direct sales organization.Utilize Salesforce.com to track activities and create opportunities.Effectively forecast monthly and annual results.Meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas.
Experience, Attributes & Education:
Bachelor?s degree3-5 years phone sales experienceExperience selling SAAS solutionsAbility to understand enterprise business environments to discover business issues and sales opportunities.Experience calling into C-Level executives.Understanding of cold calling and prospecting techniques.Highly motivated, self-starter.Demonstrate understanding of qualification criteria and effective lead generation processes.
