GENERAL OVERVIEW
We have an immediate need for an Account Development Representative (ADR). Working from the corporate office in Solon, Ohio, the ADR position will be responsible for creating new selling opportunities in a multi-state territory. This position will be responsible for generating leads for SageQuest, focusing on the acquisition of new accounts and meeting assigned activity, process and unit/performance goals. In addition, the ADR will create new selling opportunities for SageQuest's Account Executive team.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for targeting and identifying sales opportunities within assigned account list as instructed by management.
Partner with the Account Executive to follow up on active prospects within the SageQuest database of accounts
Outbound prospecting (90+ dials/day) and generating new business opportunities for the company through calling on a maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database on all accounts assigned by management
Scheduling appointments for Account Executives to met with prospective customers or for prospective customers to attend a scheduled demo
Plan and prioritize call activity with an emphasis on managing time, productivity and accurate forecasting of strong leads.
Partner with prospects and sales management to develop a business case for our solution and present the potential return on investment
As needed, present SageQuest capabilities through web-based demonstrations and on site visits at prospects location

Job Requirements:
2+ years of phone sales, generating leads, inside sales support or related experience required
Experience calling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions and/or experience in the mobile resource management market a major plus
Experience calling on small to medium sized companies, directly to owners, presidents and other key decision makers
Experience managing a multi state territory
Demonstrated history of strong achievement and self motivation
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong computer and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft products and CRM solutions
