The ADR position is mainly a communications position. It will utilize your professional communication, your research and interviewing skills, as well as your marketing and sales skills. The ADR calls companies across the US (and sometimes Canada) and talks to professionals about their business needs and initiatives. They identify who the most appropriate decision maker is in the company (usually a director, VP or even C-Level) by speaking with multiple company representatives. They then initiate a conversation with the decision maker to introduce our products & services, educate the decision maker on what value our product has to offer, asks many questions of the decision maker and their business and then decides if the company would be a good fit for our company to sell to. When they have identified a sales-ready lead, it gets passed along to our sales team and they sell from there.
Outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience preferred
Great verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
Active listening skills
Ability to learn quickly and think quickly.
