Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for generating new business, lead nurturing and pre-sales activities. There will also be responsibility to the overall sales department goals and objectives including but not limited to driving revenue, customer service, RFP's, etc. Generating new business leads will be driven by outbound calling, email and event campaigns. The Inside Sales Representatives will be expected to constantly deliver more â€" more qualified opportunities, higher revenue conversions and more innovative approaches. Moreover, the skills, contacts and track record that are developed in this role will play an important role in enhancing one's career potential within Guidewire.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills â€" speaking to C level executives
- Commanding desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Aggressive, great attitude, strong organizational skills and a self-starter
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated knowledge of identifying potential value creation in a B2B environment
- Ability to manage relationships, internal and with customers
- Ability to network and leverage a virtual team of resources â€" partners, consultants
- Willingness to remain accountable to one's commitments
- Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
- Ability to Speak Spanish is a plus.
The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and a driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. This position has advancement potential within the Sales organization, and the compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure.
