The Account Development Representatives will make cold and warm calls to obtain leads and make appointments for the direct sales team. You will
deliver scripted marketing talks about the companys product, position and sell the companys value proposition. You will follow up on leads, build long term, productive relationships with potential and new customers and gather, generate and maintain accurate, detailed data for activity reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
A.S. degree in business or equivalent and 2 to 4 years in a telemarketing or telesales position
Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills are essential
Must be able to thoroughly understand and articulate the companys product (training provided)
Experience with CRM software applications, Salesforce.com preferred
Desire to grow telemarketing skills and accept greater challenges
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and PC skills
Ability to work in a team environment, pay close attention to detail, ensure accuracy of reports & data.
