ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE RMG Networks
The RMG Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Account Development Representative to be located in the Plano, TX office. The main responsibilities include: lead development and account management assistance for RMG Enterprise solutions in our core industry segments.
Build client relationships by increasing prospect targets, and leads through contact with our prospects and existing client base.
Use relationship, negotiation, and probing skills to manage accounts.
Use consulting skills and technical knowledge to develop opportunities.
Give on-line presentations and product demonstrations.
Ask for referrals to target and develop into leads.
Generate and develop new prospect leads.
Generate sales campaign ideas and be a part of the execution of campaigns.
Manage relationships with decision maker, user, and technical contacts.
Generate new product & new feature ideas from client feedback.
Monitor perceived and real competition.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Candidates should have:
Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years related experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to act as a consultant.
The ability to be a self-starter and a team player with a high energy level.
A sense of urgency and a desire to exceed assigned quotas.
