We are currently seeking a Marketing Technology Consultant at our Austin, TX headquarters.
The Account Director must be able to manage a multi-million dollar portfolio, and a staff of Account Managers and Project Managers. Advanced business-to-business marketing skills, with particular emphasis on demand generation, marketing automation, and sales enablement are required. Successful candidates will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment while understanding the marketing and sales requirements of our clients? enterprise business.
Define client demand generation strategy by translating vision into programs and tactics
Establish measurement criteria for project and program success
Manage and direct account teams to ensure effective client relationships, and to deliver programs that are on-strategy, aligned with client expectations and that meet or exceed established success metrics
Discover and win new client opportunities to extend the Bulldog partnership
Utilize marketing, industry and company knowledge to optimize existing programs to increase performance
Work closely with Sales, Strategy and Operations teams to leverage the right resources at the right time
Act as the first point of escalation for client issues and deliverable expectations
Ensure that account team members properly leverage research, analysis and best practices to meet client business and marketing objectives
Lead Monthly / Quarterly Business Reviews and planning sessions with all clients within the portfolio
Oversee revenue reporting and pipeline forecasting within portfolio
Proven ability to grow existing accounts in a enterprise business-to-business environment
Proven expertise in business-to-business industries, including but not limited to, high tech, healthcare, financial services and/or telecommunications
Demonstrated understanding of integrated marketing strategies, and P&L principles
Thorough understanding of online marketing and e-communications, with particular focus on demand generation and marketing automation.
Excellent organizational, analytical and presentation skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of management
Bachelors in Business, Advertising, Marketing or similar field required, MBA preferred
Minimum of 8 years successful experience in a senior leadership role within an Advertising, Marketing, Media, Interactive, PR agency or related business-to-business professional services experience
