Roles and responsibilitiesThe Account Director serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for overall customer satisfaction. The AD is expected to develop strategic account plans that drive long term customer loyalty and year over year revenue growth. The successful candidate will be an experienced business leader with a successful track record of sales and/or account management excellence including 8+ years experience working with enterprise technology solutions across a variety of industries. Financial Services vertical expertise is preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:
Deep experience managing enterprise customers leveraging FinTech solutions:
? Demonstrated ability to drive opportunities for growth and expansion within key customer accounts.
? Proven track record of developing strategic account growth plans and executing against plan to deliver against target/quota.
? Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
? Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
? Work closely with the Deployment team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
? Acts as conduit for customer needs to Product Management and Marketing functions. Help to shape evolution of product strategy and go-to-market positioning.
