Account Director Mobile ePrize
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Account Director will own the client relationships, revenue goals and serve as a mobile CRM expert for ePrize. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating all client activities with the corresponding ePrize Business Development, Account Services, Project Management, Strategy, and Development Teams, as well as working with those teams to provide the client with long-term, strategic value and customer service. They will need to possess the ability to prospect, close business, and to sell ideas based on clients stated business objectives. They also continually grow/strengthen client relationships and leverage networking possibilities.
Description and Responsibilities:
Assist in creating the overall roadmap and plan for Business Development, Project Management, and resourcing to support client?s business.
Aggressively prospect, identify, and qualify new project opportunities primarily via cold calling.
Use other prospecting sources to get information about a client - This may include using Google alerts, Hoover?s, or other prospecting websites or software.
Qualify prospects by asking open-ended questions and gathering necessary information from client to determine client value.
Conduct research to identify opportunities for successful lead generation projects and work with management to determine the markets to be targeted for effective prospecting.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for prospecting customer targets.
Forecast partnership potential and set revenue goals.
Maintain ongoing sales pipeline and track sales based on goals set.
Work closely with client to ensure that corporate brand, marketing and business objectives are being met.
Ensure both ePrize and client are working together optimally to foster growth of each other?s businesses.
Share ePrize expertise, knowledge, and capabilities with clients and their core partners.
Maintain working knowledge of research products, industry trends, and competitive set as they relate to the client?s business.
Actively consult and provide client with ongoing creative and strategic recommendations to help support their business.
Serve as the client advocate inside ePrize to ensure that all ePrize teams have the necessary information to scope and complete a project, on schedule and on budget, which includes: client program goals, product knowledge, best practices, and content.
Effectively communicate and support ePrize?s Business Development and Project Management processes and documentation.
Continuously manage and set both internal (ePrize) and external (client) expectations.
Collaborate with multiple partners, vendors, and agencies to facilitate any partnership opportunities.
Monitor and track client?s performance objectives for all their existing initiatives to ensure program goals are being met/exceeded.
Focus on building strong, in-person client relationships through regular contact.
Job Specifications and Competencies:
3-5+ years of experience in business development, account management, marketing, client services, or strategy is required
Experience prospecting, cold calling, and selling mobile or digital solutions is strongly preferred
Proven track record for directly driving revenue
Excellent organization, communication and follow-up skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple projects, relationships, and tasks simultaneously
Extreme attention to detail
General familiarity of mobile applications and technologies in order to best exploit the capabilities of our products and services
Experience in mobile-related production is a huge plus
Excellent client management, expectation management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong writing, grammatical and proofing skills
Excellent presentation skills
Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Salesforce.com
