CREATETHE GROUP is loooking for a client relationshiop lead with 5-8 years of ecperience who can independently lead digital engagements across 3-5 clients. Agency and eCommerce experience is required to be successful in this role.Responsibilities include:
Simultaneously lead multiple client projects and relationships, acting as the main point of contact for the Agency
Own and manage all aspects of client relationship, and escalate to the senior team as needed:1.Proposals, project scoping and Statements of Work2.Client expectation management3.Timeline management, ensuring deliverables are on time and accurate4. Financial management and profitability
Liaises with internal teams, including Creative/UX, Technology, Project Management, and serves as key point of contact for:1.Project briefs2.Client feedback3.Budget allocations and scope management
Participate in the sales and pitch process for prospects as needed
Supervise 1-2 direct reports for day to day account support
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years account management experience in digital
Exposure to, or direct experience in the retail space
Ability to face off to senior executives both inside and outside the agency
Ability to work with minimal oversight, be decisive and diplomatic
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to remain flexible in a fast paced culture
Eagerness to collaborate and innovate in a "boutique? creative environment
Outstanding organization, communication and presentation skills
Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project
