Provides overall senior-level relationship management of InfoMedics clients and oversees the financial performance of assigned accounts. Responsible for renewal sales, revenue forecasting, achievement of quarterly and annual revenue recognition targets, management of client deliverables, and aggregate level margin achievement. Directly and closely manages client relations with existing customers and is accountable for new service proposals, up-billing, contract renewal as well as program services, deliverables, and operations. Manages a full team of InfoMedics professionals, directing the work activities of the Group Director(s), Program Director(s), Senior Business Analyst(s) and Business Analyst(s). The Account Director and team will work collaboratively to meet and exceed client satisfaction for both short-term project goals and long-term brand objectives, leading to client retention. Additionally, directs and ensures the performance and quality of the work products of the delivery team; taking action when necessary to inform and advise the delivery team of client expectations and requirements. Develops a strong understanding and knowledge of the clients brand strategy and tactical plans, as well as establishing an expertise in the overall therapeutic category. Coordinates with inter-office departments to ensure timely, high quality deliverables and generate new revenue opportunities through new and repeat sales and existing program enhancements within the client accounts managed.
Desired Skills & Experience
EDUCATION:
College degree or equivalent education and/or experience required. Masters degree preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
7 10 years proven experience in a similar account management/customer relations position, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry, including demonstrated success in revenue generation.
Demonstrated leadership, human resources management, analytic, problem solving, client/project management, organizational management skills and experience.
Knowledge of managed care and health care program designs, and pharmaceutical brand management procedures and processes.
Proven verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
Proven proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Powerpoint, and project management software tools.
