If so, iCrossing is looking for a new Account Director in our New York City office.
iCrossing Account Directors are committed to developing and achieving client objectives and becoming the trusted advisor for our clients? interactive marketing needs. For this particular role, our ideal candidate has experience as a client partner across multiple digital channels with a concentration in earned/SOCIAL media. This role will be primarily responsible for a LARGE earned/SOCIAL media line of business consisting of community management, social listening/intelligence and campaign development within a Global 500 account.
As an Account Director you must be a solution oriented thinker, understand the depth and breadth of iCrossing services, and be able to advise clients on strategies to meet their digital marketing objectives. iCrossing Sr. Account Managers must feel comfortable working with individuals at all levels within our client?s organizations and be able to work across cross functional teams (technical, creative and analytic/strategy). You must be able to understand marketing planning processes and you must be able to work closely with our delivery teams to insure that client requirements and expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent experience) required.
Experience working on all aspects of digital marketing with strong earned/SOCIAL MEDIA experience
6+ years digital marketing experience, most recently as an Account Supervisor/Manager or similar roll at a digital agency working with Fortune/Global 500 clients.
Experience working on LARGE SOCIAL MEDIA line of business consisting of community management, social listening/intelligence and campaign development
Experience delivering social community management and/or social listening services.
Experience managing a complex client and/or working with partner agencies.
Proven experience working across cross functional teams
Natural leadership, motivational and organizational skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities
Proven experience working on a large team and can work collaboratively and individually
Experience in consumer electronics industry beneficial but not necessary.
