Customer Base, Account Executive
a Workday Account Executive you will be on the ground floor of a
dynamic new sales organization focusing on customers base
As a Customer Base, Account Executive you will
use your extensive experience and consultative selling skills to
initiate long-standing relationships with customers. You will employ
effective selling strategies by upselling new innovate products
across the customers.Â
you will help drive renewals, training and consulting services. If

Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can
effectively position Workday across customers.
â¢ Align and
provide sales and support into the customers by working with the
customer success management, service, and renewal teams.
Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with strategic
â¢ Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline,
and forecast data real-time.
â¢ Prior experience in business
application sales, preferably customer base sales, SaaS sales and
Financial and/or Human Capital Management.Â
â¢ Ability to understand and effectively explain the
benefits of a SaaS services architecture.
â¢ Experience as a
leader in a team-selling environment.
â¢ Proven ability in
managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track
record of successful revenue attainment over the last 8 years.
â¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with consultative selling methods and a strong scene of
â¢ A Bachelor's degree is required.
