Account Executive - Corporate Accounts Axial
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Corporate Accounts (CA) sales team at Axial is responsible for engaging and building long-term relationships with corporate acquirers (ranging from mid-market businesses to Fortune 1000 companies) on the Axial Network. CA Account Executives are highly effective communicators who are able to correspond with senior level executives across various industries and enterprise sizes.
CA Account Executives are resourceful sales professionals who employ a consultative approach to helping our Members achieve their goals through the use of our tools and products. We are passionate about understanding our Members? needs and problems and finding unique ways to solve them.
As a CA Account Executive, your day will be composed of three primary activities. First is the onboarding and training of new Members. Second is educating and engaging existing Members to drive activity and the continued adoption of our tools. Third is to identify expansion and upsell opportunities and further grow our presence at existing Member firms.
You will achieve success by generating high levels of Member engagement and growing the number of Members who are active on the network. Our team is highly metrics driven and values collaboration and transparency.
Track record of over-achieving goals in prior positions
History of setting goals and achieving them, in the classroom, playing field, or in business
Prior participation in a winning team environment
0-2 years of trained sales experience OR financial services experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Bachelors Degree or higher
You are comfortable with interfacing with senior-level executives
Hospitable and solution-oriented in nature
Enjoy winning the trust of those around you and developing relationships
You are a problem solver, even in the tensest of situations
You love to win, more than you hate to lose
