Account Executive Cypress Care
The Account Executive role is designed to maximize Healthcare Solution?s revenue through client satisfaction and retention, program optimization and new product expansion. This strategic position serves as the primary relationship owner and channel of all communication between the client and Healthcare Solutions.
Success will be measured against financial, operational and relationship outcomes against business plan. This position primary focus will be to work directly with the AVP of Account Management, Finance and the Client on the management and oversight of billing and account receivable resolutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as client advocate and a primary point of contact on managed and key accounts.
Develop, update and execute Account Plans incorporating short and long term objectives.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Executive team and other internal business partners to drive additional product opportunities, resolving and preventing complex service issues.
Provide Account Management leadership monthly visibility into key activities and drivers impacting revenue and profitability.
Memorialize all client related interactions (i.e. meeting agendas, minutes, project plans, etc.)
Maintain regular communication with client contacts and conduct stewardship meeting to review overall program results and opportunities.
Manage client expectations, service commitments and anticipate needs.
Build and grow client relationships at key decision making levels throughout the client?s organization to solidify consultative service partnership; offer client strategies to support their goals.
Understand client specific data and emerging trends, and articulate to client how our services best impact their indemnity and medical expenses.
Participate in presentations/trainings to prospects, internal and external clients.
Review and assist in resolving any outstanding Account Receivable related issues.
Research within client?s systems to identify root causes of payment rejection and tactics to remedy payments.
Analyze and trend client specific data, and articulate to client how our services best impact their indemnity and medical expenses.
Identify client issues and leverage business partners to resolve client issues.
Escalate all potentially critical client related issues.
Works with team members to define and prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for internal and external clients and reviews reports for accuracy.
Assist in the implementation of Systems and Process.
Document all processes through Business Standards.
Manage travel and entertainment expenses for self within assigned budget.
Participate in industry conferences and join industry trade groups.
Undertake all other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Team.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree and ten years in Workers Compensation or related industry showing progressive growth
8+ years work history in workers compensation claims, commercial insurance, pharmacy benefit management, risk management or healthcare
Working knowledge of A/R policies, practices and systems
Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
Proficient with Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Work performed in an office environment.
