We?re looking for a dynamic individual who?ll be responsible for the qualification, sales and growth of advertising partner relationships in the New York and Eastern region. The successful candidate will have a robust existing network of client/agency relationships and a proven track record building and delivering solid marketing solutions for their clients in an effective and scalable way. This person will have an understanding of the network space and experience selling standard and custom executions for top brand clients and agencies. A passion for social media is a plus!
Responsibilities:
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Attend regular face-to-face client visits to build and maintain deep level partnerships and understanding of clients needs
Generate and adapt presentations and other materials needed for partner meetings/ demonstrations/pitches.
Manage day-to-day client relationships to meet short-term deliverables and long-term campaign goals.
Communicate regularly with partners regarding product strategy, competitive intelligence analysis and other campaign support items.
Coordinate and participate in key internal and external partner related meetings and effectively communicate internally territory updates, successes, missteps, opportunities, etc.
Work with Sales and Marketing to find additional ways to maximize the ROI of these partnerships and to bolster Technorati brand presence in the East Region.
Perform competitive intelligence research to aid in new partner acquisition and best practices recommendations.
Actively contribute to cross functional development teams as they relate to partnerships, products, agency relations, sales materials, etc.
Renew existing business and collaborate with Sales Support, Research and Product teams to use campaign analytics to expand effectiveness of our solutions to advertisers
Bachelor?s degree (BA/BS) from a four year, accredited college or university; and required minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales/Account Mgmt roles in the online media sales sector.
Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable, sales environment.
Dynamic, flexible, hard-working and highly organized.
Successes with key client relationships in New York, Boston, Atlanta and other major eastern advertising markets. Track record of developing relationships and non standard media sales solutions that have lead to long-term engagements and trust in the market.
Experience with CRM platforms, (salesforce) ad serving & optimization, targeting solutions, rich media distributors and syndicated research vendors/methodologies.
Required Experience:
Bachelor?s degree (BA/BS) from a four year, accredited college or university; and required minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales/Account Mgmt roles in the online media sales sector.
