To continue building our lead in the IAM market, we are seeking experienced, highly motivated sales professionals to help Courion maintain our market leadership positioning in 2012. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for positioning and selling self-service Identity & Access Management solutions to existing accounts. Leveraging your strong, experienced sales-focused account management skills in relationship building, providing strategic direction and managing expectations, you will interface with senior members our existing Fortune 1000, 500, and 100 client base to drive opportunities to closure. The successful candidates will have a proven consultative sales approach to drive customer success and identify new business opportunities, leveraging our established relationships with executive level contacts as you meet with, present to, and build relationships with our clients to drive follow on sales and customer retention.
Responsibilities:
Develop sales account plans for assigned accounts; implement account strategy to drive revenue from Courion's Access Assurance solutions
Develop and operationalize account strategies including identifying customers' unmet needs and translate internally for successful follow up
Leading cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives during the customer lifecycle and manage the overall customer satisfaction in the IAM market
Maintain thorough understanding of the customers' business to establish and maintain strong relationships with decision makers, key internal stakeholders and their associated work teams
Implement and manage the effective delivery of key IAM revenue driving programs including communication strategies, product education and issue resolution
Investigate, track and resolve customer concerns; identify trends and implement solutions
Establish strong customer relationships and assist the Regional Sales Managers in growing sales opportunities within our existing client base
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers? business and appropriately position value proposition with viable solutions to meet their needs
Requirements:
10+ years of experience of consultative selling of enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 clients and a background in valued relationship building
Five years' experience in the Identity and Access Management market
Proven track record of consistently driving revenue and business value to existing customers
Accomplished speaker and presenter
Travel within the US up to 50% of the time
BA/BS required
Also beneficial:
Knowledge of the security, help desk, or Identity & Access Management market space
Experience working in a small company environment.
