Account Executive - Healthcare SciQuest

Overview:

SciQuest, a leading global provider of a web-based, modular suite of e-Procurement, supplier management, and materials management solutions is seeking an experienced professional Sales Executive.

We are currently seeking to hire an accomplished sales professional, to assist in building our Healthcare business. For focused individuals who thrive in an environment of change and who have demonstrated a highly successful sales track record, this position provides high visibility, and extraordinary rewards. This individual must be an independent, autonomous and creative performer. This individual must also be a team player who can successfully partner with the pre-sales support function.
Principal Responsibilities:
Sales of SciQuest solutions in an assigned territory
Generation of prospect pipeline in an assigned territory
Document and present analysis and solutions to customers. This includes building customer specific Return on Investment models with each prospect.
Accountability for all customer/prospect facing activity
Development, maintenance and execution of territory and account plans
Development and maintenance of reference customers
Position Requirements:

Essential:

Minimum of 5 years demonstrable success selling complex software solutions in the Hospital / IDN market, ideally in the Supply Chain / Finance areas
Excellent presentations skills
Proven ability to build and deliver credible business value propositions at both the multiple levels (ex. CFO; VP of Supply Chain)
Ability to manage complex sales cycles

Preferable:

Predominantly direct sales
Mobility suitable for territory and SciQuest office location
Knowledge of eProcurement / ERP / Supply Chain management within the Hospital / IDN market
Demonstrable ability to work effectively in team and virtual team environments
Experience selling to Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN's) in the Healthcare market
Membership in AHRMM or HFMA
