Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) partnered with Insight Imaging in 2012 to create one of the nation?s largest radiology providers for fixed site and mobile diagnostic imaging and interventional services. Together we have 116 retail imaging centers, 128 mobile units and operate in more than thirty states. Our organization will serve nearly a million patients in 2013, offering a wide range of screening, diagnostic and interventional procedures that complement each community?s needs, in collaboration with radiologists, healthcare providers, hospitals and health systems.
We are seeking a Full-Time Account Executive for our Indianapolis Market.
JOB SUMMARY: Through sales and marketing efforts, this position increases Insight?s volume and market share in specific market(s). The account executive will assume ownership and responsibility for defined market revenue and volume growth, in addition to growing and strengthening Insight?s existing customer relationships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates a positive experience for every customer, every day by believing in and practicing The Experience
Develops target market and segmentation plan by product line for defined market
Partners with VP Operations to develop and execute strategic marketing and territory plans to ensure profitable growth and increased market share
Conducts on-going market research to identify new opportunities, applications and trends
Identifies key strategic customers for business development opportunities and works with VP of Operations to grow our relationships and market through these activities
Partners with CDI radiologists to market new product lines (clinical services) to new and existing clients
Delivers and/or coordinates educational presentations to existing and prospective clients on emerging applications offered by CDI
Conducts and/or coordinates educational and marketing seminars at local and national trade shows to promote Insight services
Provides management with market intelligence and competitive analysis reports
Facilitates monthly sales marketing conference call with corporate marketing
Monitors performance and profitability of services offered for assigned market(s)
Assists Corporate Marketing to develop mailings, mailing collateral, etc., for defined market
Establishes and maintains SalesForce.com database in coordination with local market leadership
Maintains productive relationships with Insight?s customer base in defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service and support enhancing The Experience for our patients
Assists in sales, negotiations, and implementation of the payor contracting processes
Monitors payor referral activity

Skill in sales and negotiation with administrators or physicians
Skill in account management and planning
Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols
Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines
Knowledge of intermediate level computer skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years marketing and sales experience in a healthcare setting
3-5 years knowledge of Healthcare industry
1-2 years of spreadsheet software usage, Excel2000 preferred
Strong medical sales skills preferably in the diagnostic imaging area
Requires some travel within local selling market
