THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED You are a talented sales professional who has worked in a commissioned sales role, selling to small and medium size businesses. You have a dynamic personality, are smart and a hard worker, tech savvy and are well versed in a consultative yet deliberate sales process. You are a strong performer with a proven track record of sales success and thrive in a fun and competitive, yet team oriented environment. You enjoy learning and being challenged. You will sell marketing and visibility packages to our built in base of over 300K home improvement professionals across the U.S and Canada (think contractors, architects, kitchen designers, landscape contractors, etc.) as well as prospect those not currently on Houzz.
Our Irvine Sales office is a modern, comfortable environment with a side garden for relaxation, a lounge with comfortable chairs and games, a well-stocked kitchen to keep you fueled - and plenty of areas to just hang out, because we know you need that to recharge your batteries. You won't need to hit Starbucks as we have our own espresso set-up and coffee bar.

Compensation for the sales account executive is a mixture of base salary and commission targeted at $100K, with much more for strong performers. We also provide an excellent benefits package.

Successful sales experience in the B2B SMB sector
Internet related sales experience
Verifiable track record of success
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work full-time in our Orange County office, telecomuting is not available
Excellent references from managers to whom you have reported
Familiarity with CRM tools (example: Salesforce.com)
Start-up experience a plus
Telephone sales experience a plus
