The Account Executive is responsible for cultivating and maintaining a senior level relationship with our clients. In addition, the Account Executive will be responsible for understanding our client?s business and communicating the client?s position within Scivantage and the Scivantage position to our clients.
The Account Manager is responsible for the senior level relationship with the client. The primary role is to cultivate a personal and business relationship with the highest level business and technology role at the client. The Account Executive should be able to call and discuss money, projects, business needs, or any other issue where Scivantage has an interest and needs to work with the client to make it happen. This is a pivotal component of the role in that all other activities will be based on the relationship with the client.
The Account Executive is responsible for relationship selling. Using knowledge gained from the client coupled with an understanding of the Scivantage product set, the Account Executive will be responsible for extending the existing Scivantage relationship within the currently utilized product and for recognizing opportunities to sell new products to the client. The Account Executive will be responsible for the SOW process and for enhancing the revenue associated with current product utilization. New opportunities will be managed by Sales, but the Account Executive will be responsible for facilitating the process and making sure that Sales has the best information possible. In addition the Account Executive will stay involved when a sale is happening to provide support, client intelligence, contact information, and anything else necessary to support the sale.
The Account Executive will be responsible for contract re-negotiation, payments, negotiating SOW costs, and anything else having to do with money due from the client.
The Account Executive will be the Business Lead for all projects associated with their client. This involves making sure that the project stays on schedule, information is communicated clearly both to and from the client, and for all payments associated with the project.
The Account Executive is the client advocate within Scivantage and will communicate the client?s business, needs, and any other information necessary to manage that client as a Scivantage customer. This includes understanding the client?s specific business model, how they operate, what their needs are, and making sure that Scivantage provides service tailored to the specific client needs.
Five years brokerage industry experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Two years in a business relationship management role
Demonstrated leadership skills
Contract negotiation experience
Technical background helpful
Specific experience with Cost Basis, Customer Web Sites, and or Advisor Desktops is helpful
