As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new customer sales over the phone, owning the sales cycle from end to end. The Account Executive will have a defined vertical focus. In just the last few years iRise has amassed over 430 customers worldwide, with over half of these Fortune 1000 sized companies. The bundle of software and professional services capabilities we sell provides our customers with a 10X return on investment in the first year. Our technology is the best in the business and has been awarded multiple patents. The Account Executive will be responsible for generating new business through prospecting with outbound calling, email, inbound inquiries and marketing/tradeshow events. The Account Executive will be responsible for articulating the iRise value proposition, generating interest in iRise services and managing sales cycles through closure for iRise, the global market leader in application visualization.
Location: Los Angeles or Dallas or Atlanta
You will be expected to meet or exceed monthly new business and new customer acquisition targets.
Generate new sales opportunities in your defined vertical through aggressive prospecting, networking and marketing.
Extensive territory planning in assigned region and prospect research within specific industry verticals and iRise solutions
Ability to develop a ?Why iRise, Why Now? proposition for each call
Proactively identify and find new business leads for your territory
Manage individual pipeline of opportunities to support monthly goals
Support of internal industry or solution specific marketing campaigns and events
Demonstrates a positive/achievement-oriented attitude & highly motivated to succeed
2-5 years of inside sales experience in a team environment
Experience selling IT software and/or services
Understands a custom application development lifecycle (e.g. IBM/Rational)
Can establish senior client relationships (can speak to IT and business leaders)
Proven experience of being persuasive, influential and professional on the phone
Can demonstrate success exceeding targets
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
